From the initial design concept to the final packaged product, each step is handled by skilled professionals using advanced technology.

Here’s how your custom apparel comes to life at ADIBIKE:

1. Designing

Every product begins with a creative vision.
Our experienced design team collaborates closely with clients to bring their ideas to life. Using professional design software, we create digital mockups, color layouts, and size specifications. This stage allows for complete customization including logos, patterns, graphics, and color combinations ensuring your brand identity is reflected in every detail.

2. Sublimation Printing

Once the design is finalized, it moves to our sublimation printing department.
High-resolution printers and premium sublimation inks are used to print the designs on transfer paper with sharp details and vibrant colors. This process ensures long-lasting, fade-resistant graphics that will not crack or peel even after repeated washes and extreme sports use.

3. Sublimation Heat Transfer

The printed transfer sheets are then heat-pressed onto specially coated polyester fabrics using our large-format heat transfer machines.
This step embeds the design permanently into the fabric fibers, maintaining the fabric’s breathability and stretch properties while ensuring an ultra-smooth finish.

4. Cutting

After printing, the fabric panels are carefully cut using precision cutting machines.
Our skilled cutting team follows digital patterns to ensure size accuracy, panel alignment, and minimal fabric waste. Accurate cutting ensures perfect fitting of the final garment.

5. Embroidery / Screen Printing

For clients who want added texture or special branding touches, we also offer custom embroidery and screen printing services.
Logos, team names, and other decorative elements can be stitched or screen-printed onto panels before assembly, giving a premium and personalized finish.

6. Stitching

In our stitching department, experienced tailors assemble the cut panels into finished garments.
We use advanced flatlock, overlock, and coverstitch machines to produce strong and smooth seams. Each garment is constructed with ergonomic designs and performance-oriented finishing to ensure durability, comfort, and style.

7. DTF / Vinyl Stickers Heat Transfer

For additional custom branding or numbering, our DTF (Direct-to-Film) and vinyl heat transfer department applies logos, names, or numbering onto finished garments.
This allows for quick customization even in smaller batches or for personalized orders.

8. Quality Checking

Before moving to packaging, each garment undergoes a strict quality control process.
Our QC team inspects stitching accuracy, print clarity, sizing precision, and overall finish to ensure every product meets ADIBIKE’s high-quality standards.

9. Ironing

All garments are steam-ironed to remove wrinkles and to give a neat, presentable finish.
This also helps in the final inspection of the overall appearance and feel of the garment before packing.

10. Packing

Finally, the finished garments are individually packed in protective polybags or customized packaging as per client requirements.
Each package is labeled with product details, size, and branding, ready for shipment worldwide.
